The project entails the establishment of an Energy Conversion Industrial Park in Merafong, West Rand that would provide numerous opportunities presented by the Green Economy and Economic Clustering. The park would provide benefits to the industrial tenants in order to attract and retain investment and grow a new economic base for the municipality.
