The Project was conceptualized as a jewellery manufacturing precinct within the planned SEZ at OR Tambo Airport. The aim was to establish a campus approach that would provide a conglomeration of jewellery manufacturing facilities and support operations including Office Park. However, due to the development demand and sufficient available land for the project, certain land parcel was provided to In2Foo, a premium food manufacturing and packaging company to establish its factory.
