Project Background and Scope
The development and re-use of buildings in the Con Hill Precinct’s four land parcels. The GPG is committed to supporting urban renewal and the development of vibrant tourism, office accommodation, human settlement and heritage development including providing “live, work and play” opportunities in Johannesburg to ensure the sustainable, balanced growth and development in the City in line with global city region standards.
The project aims at development of a precinct in and around the Constitutional Hill area creating linkages with the Johannesburg inner City and all relevant sectors to support a growing and competitive City region, which is the heartbeat of Africa’s economic growth and an international gateway to Africa.
The feasibility study will be completed towards the end of 2017.
